Carson: Clinton 'could well be in jail' rather than Dem nominee

Ben Carson believes Hillary Clinton might not become the Democratic nominee and might end up behind bars in instead.

During an interview with Fox News radio Wednesday, Carson told host John Gibson that Clinton could lose out on the Democratic nomination because she could "well be in jail," adding that it would be difficult for her to make a run in that case.

The former neurosurgeon made the comments after saying that Vice President Joe Biden would beat her in the Democratic primary. Soon after the interview, Biden announced his decision against a 2016 run.

The comment were initially flagged by BuzzFeed.

"Hillary could well be in jail, and it's hard to run from there," Carson told Gibson.
