A 26-year-old man in Korea still has the high-pitched voice and hairless, chubby cheeks of a young teenager due to a rare condition that affects his ability to age, news.com.au reported.
The man, Shin Hyomyung, reportedly has “Highlander Syndrome,” a condition that is not an officially recognized medical term. A local TV documentary shows photos from Hyomyung’s childhood. He appeared to develop normally until he was a teenager.
In the video, Hyomyung is seen dancing and drinking alcohol. He underwent a makeover during the show but still appears to be a teenager.
According to news.com.au, Hyomyung claims to be in good health.
