Looking to get "Zen as (f-bomb deleted)"? Then Rage Yoga might be right up your alley, SF Gate reports. But—at least until online expansion plans take hold—if you want to partake in the class that pairs yoga poses with pints of beer, screamed profanity, and Metallica and Black Sabbath, you'll need to get yourself over to Dickens Pub in Calgary, Canada, on a Monday or Wednesday night.

That's where and when Lindsay-Marie Istace—contortionist, fire-eater, and all-around entertainer—has been practicing her unique form of the ancient spiritual discipline since January, according to Vice.

Istace says the idea for Rage Yoga came to her during the "really painful breakup" of a relationship. Conventional yoga classes, she tells CBC News, were "very deadpan, serious, overly serene." "And that's just not how I roll," she says.

"I'm a very loud, colorful personality." Rage Yoga sessions, which typically attract five to 12 students, run $12 for drop-ins and $100 for a 10-class pass, per Pop Sugar.

And the price of admission comes with two tickets for discounted draft pints. If a trip to Canada isn’t in your future, Rage Yoga may soon be offered online, according to SF Gate.

A Kickstarter campaign to fund the venture collected $7,590—379% more than the target. One day, Istace tells the CBC, she hopes to bring Rage Yoga to brewery tours across Canada.

And to the traditionalists who marginalize her invention, Istace says: "That's fine. Different things work for different people and not everyone has to be on board." (Being told he couldn't do yoga on a commercial flight caused this passenger to rage.)
