Taylor Swift’s new album "Red" has a lot to live up to: The 22-year-old singer/songwriter’s last album, "Speak Now," sold over one million copies in its first week alone, won two Grammys and landed her the prestigious title of CMA's Entertainer of the Year. Her infectious songs and empowering lyrics have made her one of music’s most recognizable names.

If you had any doubts whether she could do it again, think again. "Red" has already claimed the No. 1 spot on iTunes since its midnight release and her single, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" continues to top Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.

Swift says her fourth album, which sounds more pop than country, challenged her like no other. “I tended to really explore the edges of what I’m allowed to do,” she said on Good Morning America. One of the greatest challenges was co-writing her music, though she got to work with songwriters and producers — such as Max Martin ("I Kissed a Girl") — who've influenced her entire music career.

Rest assured, the new album will deliver the same honest accounts of what the young singer is famously known for — heartbreaks and real-life romances. “My fans know that I’m going to give them the real version of what happened to me in my music,” she said.

We want to know what you think: Will "Red" live up to the success of "Speak Now"?
