Call it a ... comeback? Lindsay Lohan's Playboy cover has leaked online, thanks to "The Insider," which raves that she "looks top notch." Well, maybe she does, but should she really be posing on the cover of Playboy to begin with?

Lohan, 25, has never been shy about nudity, and the shoot is reportedly NOT full frontal. So really, you're not seeing much more of Lindsay than you have in the past. Plus, Lohan is set to reveal the entire spread on the Dec. 15 episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" -- so how racy can it be?

On the cover, she's straddling the Playboy logo, which pretty much hides everything. "The pictorial is absolutely fantastic and very tasteful, and will be accompanied by an interview that will let readers see another side of Lindsay," Lohan's publicist Steve Honig said, according to various reports.

Lohan was reportedly paid $1 million for the shoot -- pretty easy money for a day's work. But given that she's still trying to rehabilitate her jail- and drug-stained reputation, was posing nude really a great idea?
