On this week’s edition of "In The FOXlight," Michael Tammero had the chance to chat (and cook) with celebrity chef Curtis Stone, host of Bravo's "Top Chef Masters."
Stone's new cookbook — called "What's For Dinner?" — is a collection of fresh, simple recipes for each night of the week, because as Stone believes, "Food should come out of the ground, not out of the packet."
He then put his philosophy into practice, whipping up a quick and colorful beef stir-fry with the help of FOX's own Michael Tammero. Best of all, it was ready in less than 20 minutes!
Learn the recipe in the video above, as well as Stone's thoughts on the latest season of "Top Chef Masters."
