Ivanka Trump's convicted stalker at it again

Ivanka Trump’s convicted stalker is in trouble again — this time for e-mailing her hubby’s brother and traveling to New York without permission, court papers state.

Justin Massler, 32, a k a Cloud Star Chaser, pleaded guilty in 2012 to bombarding the businesswoman and former model with YouTube videos, e-mails and visits to her Madison Avenue jewelry store. He served six months in jail.

But his obsession with the blond daughter of real-estate tycoon Donald Trump apparently flared up again.

Last November, he sent the brother of Trump’s husband, Joshua Kushner, an e-mail in violation of a restraining order, court papers say.
