'Teen Mom" co-star Maci Bookout has a new BFF: Bristol Palin.

The two young single moms have bonded over their personal situations -- and over their estranged baby daddies.

"I feel like Maci and I have the same situation," Bristol tells In Touch magazine.

Bookout, 19, gave birth to son Bentley, now 23 months old, on MTV's "16 and Pregnant," which was spun off into "Teen Mom." She's also battled with her now-ex-fiance, Ryan Edwards.

Palin, 19, is the single mom of 21-month-old Tripp and the daughter of former GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.

She's currently competing on "Dancing With the Stars" and says she's done with ex-fiance Levi Johnston after a brief reconciliation last summer.

Bristol and Maci first met last May at the Candie's Foundation Event to Prevent Teen Pregnancy, which was held at Cipriani 42nd Street.

"We talked about experience we've shared," Bristol tells In Touch.

"The other day I saw an episode of 'Teen Mom,' and then I texted [Maci], saying, 'Oh my gosh, I totally went through the exact same thing!"

Bristol also says she and Maci "vent" about their difficulties in dealing with their ex-fiances.
