You must have thick skin to appear on "Jimmy Kimmel Live's" wildly popular "Mean Tweets" segment.

In the second music edition, Katy Perry, Drake, 5 Seconds of Summer, Ariana Grande, Blake Shelton, Britney Spears and Lady Gaga are among the stars to read the not-nice messages posted about them on Twitter -- but can they handle it?

"The weather outside New York City right now is like a young Britney Spears," the pop star reads with a smile. "Pretty hot, kinda gross."

The tweets only get meaner. "I'd rather bathe in my own vomit than go see 5 Seconds of Summer," the boy band recites.

Drake didn't get off easy either with his mean tweet. "Drake looks like Voldemort with hair," the rapper reads somberly.

Super Bowl halftime performer Katy Perry still has some haters even after her big show. "Katy Perry has a voice that reminds me of balls covered in glass sliding down my throat," she reads, taking the tweet in stride. "Nice gal."

    Ouch!
