Andy Cohen has no problem confronting Kim Zolciak about her ever-changing appearance.

On Sunday, a “Watch What Happens Live” caller commented that Zolciak’s nose and lips looked different and asked if she had work done, but the 37-year-old mother of six rolled her eyes and quickly answered, “No.”

“I hear this all the time, but I want people to understand,” the “Don’t Be Tardy” star explained. “I had a baby in 2011, one in ’12 and two in 2013. So I think the weight of all that … but I mean, no, I haven’t.”

But Cohen wasn’t ready to let Zolciak off the hook. He replied:

Zolciak took off her glasses and said, “I have not, look.” Cohen continued to press on, saying that she had a little shaved off the nose and bigger lips, and brought her daughter, Brielle Biermann, who was seated in the audience, into the conversation.

Biermann — who took her mom’s side — said that their noses looked the same. Zolciak then insisted that she’s always been open about her surgeries in the past, which include Botox, breast implants and a tummy tuck.

She also insisted that her lips were overdrawn, to which Cohen replied, “Overdrawn or bigger?”

“I don’t know why you would deny it, I will say that,” Cohen said, effectively ending the conversation.
