London terror attack: Mother of 2 among those killed

A British woman walking to pick up her two daughters from school was among the four people killed Wednesday in the London terror attack.

KILLER IDENTIFIED AS 52-YEAR-OLD KHALID MASOOD

Aysha Frade, 43, was killed on Westminster Bridge before the attacker made his way to the Parliament building, where he stabbed a police officer to death, according to the Times of London.

Conflicting reports emerged over how Frade died. The Times reported that attacker Khalid Masood's car hit her, while NBC News reported she was running from the choas and got hit by a bus.

At the time, Frade reportedly was leaving work at DLD College London, where she taught Spanish. She was on her way to pick up her daughters, ages 8 and 11, from school, according to the newspaper.

Rachel Borland -- head of the college -- said she was "deeply shocked and saddened" at the news of Frade's death.

"All our thoughts and our deepest sympathies are with her family," she said in a statement, the paper reported.

"We will be offering every support we can to them as they try to come to terms with their devastating loss," she said of the family. "Aysha worked as a member of our administration team at the college. She was highly regarded and loved by our students and by her colleagues. She will be deeply missed by all of us."

The ISIS terrorist group claimed responsibility for the deadly rampage, saying the 52-year-old Masood was "an Islamic State soldier" who "carried out the operation in response to calls to target citizens of the coalition."
