At least four people were killed and dozens of others were injured Wednesday when a minivan ploughed into a farmer’s market in Beijing, The Sun reported.

Authorities had detained the van’s driver, the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau said, though it was not immediately clear whether the episode was intentional or accidental.

The incident comes just two days after a terror attack in Berlin in which a suspected jihadi killed 12 people when he drove a truck into the crowd at a Christmas market.
