New York Volunteers Help Panama Family Cope with Multiple Cancer Diagnoses

According to the New York Daily News, the creepy cyclist has struck three times in the last few weeks in the Astoria neighborhood, riding past the women and then groping their buttocks.
The first attack happened on April 2, when the groper grabbed a 33-year-old woman around 11 a.m. He struck again about two weeks later on April 15 when he groped a 29-year-old woman around 8:45 at night. The pervert struck the following day, touching the bottom of a 30-year old woman around 11 a.m.
The New York City Police Department described the groper as Latino, standing between 5-foot-4 and 5-foot-8 and having a stocky build.
The Astoria bicycle groper follows another string of incidents farther out in Queens in Flushing, where a man, described as between 30 and 40 years old, was targeting teens, trying to fondle them through their clothes, according to the New York Post.
The events kicked off when the suspect touched a 19-year-old on March 23 and a 15-year-old last December and continued in March of this year when he approached a 13-year-old girl on a street corner and groped her.
The NYPD say the man is around 5-foot-8 and 170 pounds and was last seen wearing a dark green jacket, a gray hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
