BUENOS AIRES, Argentina -- Argentines are pointing fingers after a bus and train collision killed 11 people and injured more than 200.
A police camera shows a garbage truck broke the end of the railroad crossing barrier hours before Tuesday's pre-dawn crash.
It also shows that a security guard advising drivers when it was safe to cross left his position minutes before the accident, and that someone then stuck a pole in the barrier to keep it from blocking traffic.
Trains spokesman Gustavo Gago told the Todo Noticias channel Wednesday that the guard worked for a contractor repairing the rails. His replacement didn't show up on time, but Gago blames the bus driver for ignoring flashing lights and a ringing bell warning of the oncoming train.
