U.S. civics never sounded this cute and innocent.

Rockford Ramírez is a 2-year-old prodigy that can rap the names of the U.S. Presidents and can also give you a run for your money in a state capitals test.

Capitals of Kansas, Alabama, California, Texas? No problem.

The pint sized Latino patriot showed off his skills on Fox & Friends with his parents Raquel and Rocky Ramírez who credit an iPhone App, among other things, for their kid's success.

More On This...

"After he started catching on to the states and capitals the iPhone App really helped him to have fun with it and to learn more about it," Rocky said. "He never wants to put the phone down now."

The parents credit "Your Baby Can Read It and "Baby Einstein" videos that helped this 2-year- old toddler learn to read.

"We were just trying to expose him to language and try to prepare him. He was our first," Rockford's mother said.

When asked how smart he is.

"I don't know," Rockford hilariously said.

As for his next challenge, well, he's working on knowing all of the inauguration dates of the U.S. Presidents.
