From the tough times call for tough measures department, a Latino man was arrested after streaking at President Barack Obama’s weekend rally in Philadelphia.He was trying to win a $1 million Internet challenge.

Police say 24-year-old Juan J. Rodríguez of New York City was charged with indecent exposure, public lewdness and disorderly conduct on Sunday. Rodriguez was arraigned Monday night and released on a $10,000 signature bond.

Billionaire Alki David recently offered $1 million to anyone who could streak in front of Obama with the name of David's competition website on his chest. David told The Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News that he is an Obama fan but streaking is a time-honored way of getting attention.

Rodríguez told reporters that his family needed the money and he believed he had done everything required to win it. He says he didn't believe he had done anything inappropriate.
