3 reported injured when glass falls from midtown Manhattan office tower

Glass has fallen from a midtown Manhattan office tower, injuring three people.

CBS New York (http://cbsloc.al/1k96Ss1 ) says one person was taken to a hospital following the 9 a.m. accident Thursday near 57th Street and Sixth Avenue.

It says a window appears to have shattered around the 18th floor, sending broken glass onto the sidewalk below.
