It’s like a scene out of a “Seinfeld” episode.
Steve Cullum was flying from Baltimore to Manchester, N.H. when the lady next to him started to doze off. Before he knew it, she was sound asleep on his shoulder.
So he did what anyone would do these days: He pulled out his phone and started recording the ordeal.
In a video he posted on YouTube, you can see as Cullum –a youth minister - tries to lift her head several times, to no avail.
“I thought it was humorous,” he told Fox News. “I kind of pushed her back in her spot, and I thought it was going to be it, but it kept getting worse as the flight went on.”
He says eventually her head slid down onto his lap, where things got a bit awkward.

He says he would have asked a flight attendant for help, but due to some turbulence, all passengers were told only to hit the call button for emergencies.
“I don’t think people realize that I tried several times to wake her up,” he said, adding it was a good half hour into the flight before he pulled out his phone.
He said he posted the video--which has been viewed nearly 400,000 times as of Thursday morning-- for his friends and family, and was shocked went it went viral.
"Hindsight is really 20/20. I really wish that I could met her and talk with her, and hopefully she’s okay with everything. I didn’t mean her any malicious intent.”
At this point, it’s unclear if the woman, who has not yet been identified, is really okay with having her face blasted out online and in the media.
So, what would you do if a fellow passenger sitting next to you falls asleep on you?
Most experts agree that it’s best to politely say something directly to the person. If that doesn’t work or you're not comfortable doing that, call a flight attendant and let him or her handle the situation. But sitting there quietly and doing nothing isn’t recommended, unless you really want a stranger snuggling up to you.
