SEAN HANNITY, HOST: Welcome to "Hannity." Tonight, Hillary Clinton's campaign could be in serious trouble with falling poll numbers, major scandals that are now mounting.
Well, the Democratic front-runner could soon be faced with yet another major challenge. Latest reports indicate that Vice President Joe Biden, crazy uncle Joe, is seriously considering entering the 2016 race.
Here with more on how the Clinton campaign is reacting to the news, our very own Ed Henry -- Ed.
ED HENRY, FOX NEWS CORRESPONDENT: Sean, the Clinton camp is playing defense. Democratic sources tell us Vice President Joe Biden basically got a green light from President Obama during a private lunch at the White House. As it appears Biden is edging closer to getting in, sources confirming a Washington Post report that the vice president has now set up a meeting at the Naval Observatory after Labor Day with top fund-raisers who raised big money for the Obama-Biden ticket.
Meanwhile, Clinton's poll numbers continue to sag in key battlegrounds like New Hampshire, where a new survey by the Democratic firm Public Policy Polling shows Democratic socialist senator Bernie Sanders is beating her 42 percent to 35 percent.
That makes plain why Clinton is now interrupting her vacation in the Hamptons to hit the campaign trail the next three days. And tonight, the Clinton camp is offering a new excuse for why she joked about wiping her server with a towel, top adviser John Podesta telling reporters the candidate was badgered by a FOX reporter, although I think the questions were fair and balanced, Sean.
HANNITY: All right, Ed Henry. And they were.
Joining me now with reaction, Democratic strategist Jessica Tarlov and "Outnumbered" co-host Andrea Tantaros.
Andrea, the amazing thing to me here is Joe Biden coming back early from vacation. He didn't have to tell the world that he's meeting with Elizabeth Warren. They leaked it.
ANDREA TANTAROS, "OUTNUMBERED" CO-HOST: Yes.
HANNITY: Josh Earnest, the best political decision that Barack Hussein Obama ever made is picking Joe Biden, and of course, it shows that he's well qualified for the top job. Seems Obama is now throwing Hillary down the stairs. Thoughts?
TANTAROS: Well, yes, I mean, look, Bill Clinton threw Obama down the stairs in 2008. Remember when he said this is the biggest fantasy? This is payback, Sean! I mean, there's no love lost between the Clintons and the Obamas.
But also, think about it. If you're President Obama, this is a win for you. One, you can stay neutral if you want publicly...
TANTAROS: I know he's not. But publicly, it takes the pressure off. But even more than that, all he cares about is his legacy. Who's going to preserve it better, Joe Biden or the Clintons, who you and I both know triangulate in a general election...
TANTAROS: ... against President Obama!
HANNITY: But here's the interesting part. They're going to try and go scorched earth. That's how they deal with politics. But Hillary doesn't know what the FBI has. She may need a pardon, Jessica!
JESSICA TARLOV, DEMOCRATIC POLLSTER AND STRATEGIST: Yes, I mean, I think all of this obviously falls apart if there's an indictment for Hillary or any of her top aides. And I think that that's really actually the only way that the Clinton train stops here.
To Andrea's point, I think you're completely right about '08 and the Clintons, but also, Clintons did the Obama administration a big solid (ph) in 2012. Bill Clinton went out hard for him. He was the only one actually explaining "Obama care" clearly for the country.
You remember how much Obama fumbled that himself. And we had the explainer-in-chief come out and explain the our health care policy.
So I think in that sense, you know, the Obama administration knows that they owe the Clintons something, too. You know, she was secretary of state. Won't get into debating whether that was successful or not, but...
TANTAROS: So is the quid pro quo, then, what will give you a pardon if you need one, but Joe's going to get the nomination, so just step aside. It's not your turn...
HANNITY: She's not going to go that easily.
TANTAROS: But here's the thing. I think that Hillary is not necessarily a winner, either. And I think that this White House would rather have Biden protect their legacy than have Hillary Clinton.
Sean, I have never been more excited to have Ed McMahon, AKA Joe Biden -- the Ed McMahon of the Democratic Party!
HANNITY: Crazy uncle Joe.
TANTAROS: Jump in -- and you know what? He's going to outflank her on the left! He is going to deliver the message that your party really wants!
TARLOV: But the progressive wing of the party is firmly behind Bernie Sanders. That machinery is there. And the centrist-to-left machinery is behind Hillary Clinton right now. She's still up in the polls...
HANNITY: All right, last quick question...
TANTAROS: ... partners with Warren if they get on the ticket together.
TARLOV: That is -- if Elizabeth Warren gets in the race, that is the only way...
HANNITY: Donald Trump, 35 percent in New Hampshire, 35 percent in South Carolina, 32 percent nationally, latest Reuters poll. I tweeted out today, I said, why -- because he reignited this battle with Megyn Kelly. And I'm, like, Why not focus on ISIS, Iran, Putin, China, immigration, borders, the economy, jobs, and not this? Wouldn't that be smarter to focus on the issues?
TANTAROS: Look, he's winning on the issues and he should stay...
HANNITY: Focused on issues.
TANTAROS: ... on the issues because this is where he wins. Every time he talks about an issue like immigration, he makes all of the other candidates look weak because he says, I'm going to do this, I'm going to do that. And you know what these established Republicans say? Oh, you can't do that.
HANNITY: He's winning!
TANTAROS: You can't do that. No one wants to hear you can't do anything!
TANTAROS: He's so smart!
TARLOV: I don't know how sustainable it is. I think -- I mean, I think he's done an incredible job, but you know, he's ignited this controversy and -- over immigration and...
HANNITY: He's defied political gravity! Everyone's predicted his demise...
TARLOV: ... a thousand percent, but still -- I mean, it's 75 to 80 percent of Republicans still say that they wouldn't vote for him in a general election.
HANNITY: No, that's changed. That number has -- no, that number's changed dramatically. All right. It's good to see you both.
TANTAROS: They want a win, and they want someone who wants to fight.
HANNITY: Oh, I think the Republican establishment is going to try and crush all the insurgent candidates, Ted Cruz, Donald Trump, Ben Carson...
TANTAROS: It's not working, though.
HANNITY: So far, it's not working.
TARLOV: Maybe John Kasich rises up.
HANNITY: Well, he is rising.
TANTAROS: He's my dark horse!
TARLOV: I'm really -- I'm with you. John Kasich has the most inclusive message on the Republican side. I think he is...
HANNITY: Inclusive. That's liberal speak for...
TARLOV: Yes, I speak liberal.
HANNITY: ... hug, politically correct? all right.
HANNITY: Good to see you both.
TARLOV: That's how we do things.
HANNITY: Now, the Republican race for president, speaking of Donald Trump -- him and Jeb Bush are trading political jabs yet again over their plans to combat illegal immigration. Here's what Trump said just a few hours ago while in Iowa.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
DONALD TRUMP, R-PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: And the word "immigration" and "illegal immigration" -- you wouldn't even be asking this question if it weren't for me because when I came out and when I announced, I'm the one that started this whole thing. And I took a lot of flack the first two weeks, and now, all of a sudden, everyone's apologizing to me.
Jeb Bush doesn't have a clue, doesn't even have a clue. And if I weren't in this campaign, Jeb Bush would not be talking about illegal immigration.
If you remember, he said they come as an act of love, OK? Tell that to the families -- and there are many, many, many families who lost a loved one. Act of love, OK? There's no act of love.
It's tough stuff. It's mean stuff. And it's going to be taken care of. You know, a lot of the gangs that you see in Baltimore and in St. Louis and Ferguson and Chicago -- you know, they're illegal immigrants. They're here illegally. And they're rough dudes, rough people.
They're going to be gone so fast, if I win, that your head will spin. They're going to be gone so fast.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HANNITY: And just yesterday, Jeb Bush took a shot at Trump's plan to combat illegal immigration. Take a look at this.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
JEB BUSH, R-PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: The simple fact is that his proposal is unrealistic. It will cost hundreds of billions of dollars. It will violate people's civil liberties. It will create friction with our third largest trading partner that's not necessary. And I think he's wrong about this. And if he was interested in a more comprehensive approach, he might want to read my book.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HANNITY: All right, here with reaction, we have the executive director for the Center for immigration Studies. Mark Krikorian is with us, and immigration attorney Francisco Hernandez.
You know, Mark, I listen to all these pundits, and Francisco probably says the same thing. It's not doable. You can't build a wall. You can't possibly tell people that enter the country illegally and didn't respect our laws and sovereignty to go. But the American people seem -- according to the polls, they love Trump's proposal!
MARK KRIKORIAN, CENTER FOR IMMIGRATION STUDIES: Yes...
HANNITY: ... that's what Mexico does.
KRIKORIAN: I mean, I think part of the reason that Trump, even though, you know, his proposal is a mixed bag in some ways -- the reason it's resonating is that he's saying, Look, we can get this done, and here's what we're going to do.
Now, some of his proposals I think really don't make sense. I mean, we just don't need a wall for 2,000 miles on the border. Places, we do need it. Other places, we don't. But what's happened is, for years and years...
HANNITY: I would build a wall on the entire 2,000 miles! I know what people say, that there's other things that we could use, and I've been down there 12 times. In my opinion, build the wall, and build a double wall.
FRANCISCO HERNANDEZ, IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY: OK, then build a wall, but let's start with legalizing 100,000 Mexicans to build it. How are you going to build it? You can't afford it...
KRIKORIAN: We've built hundreds of miles of fencing, hundreds of miles of fencing already, and some of it is pretty good.
HERNANDEZ: Hey, Mark...
KRIKORIAN: Well, wait a second. It actually has done significant amount of good when combined with more border patrol agents.
HANNITY: Wait a minute. I want to ask Francisco...
KRIKORIAN: We have camera towers, we have sensors. It's actually the border -- I'm not saying the border is fixed, but it's not the joke that it used to be...
HANNITY: I've been down there!
KRIKORIAN: ... precisely because we haven't spent a lot of money on it.
HANNITY: Wait a minute! It is...
HANNITY: Hang on. It is a mess. I want to go to Francisco, though. Francisco, I got a question. Oh, who are you going to get to build it? Are you insinuating Americans are lazy? 93 million Americans out of the labor force, 50 million in poverty. Are you insinuating we can't get enough Americans that are willing to do the work because I don't buy that argument!
HERNANDEZ: Mr. Hannity, I'm not even going to insinuate. You will not get enough U.S. citizens to sign up to build a wall...
HANNITY: So you're calling Americans lazy!
HERNANDEZ: It will not happen. It doesn't happen...
HANNITY: ... you're saying Americans are lazy. I don't believe that!
HERNANDEZ: No, no no, you're putting words. You're saying insinuate. I'm telling you exactly what Donald Trump says, keep it simple. Make your point and get out. Donald Trump -- I think he's in there to actually implode the Republican Party because he has no beef behind his ideas.
HANNITY: OK, but the...
HERNANDEZ: Give him the microphone!
HANNITY: You're diverting away from the conversation. I'm asking you...
HERNANDEZ: No, no, I said...
HANNITY: ... 93 million Americans out of the labor force, we can't get enough Americans to build a border fence. That insinuates that Americans are lazy!
HERNANDEZ: You can't get...
HANNITY: But no, no...
HERNANDEZ: That's not what I said.
HANNITY: Let me finish. A lot of jobs have been lost by Americans because of illegal immigration, which has also increased the competitive nature, which has driven down salaries. It's simple economics.
HERNANDEZ: So it's economics. You're right. I agree 100 percent.
HANNITY: All right, we're done. Thank you.
HERNANDEZ: If the jobs aren't here, they're not going to come.
HANNITY: We'll have more on...
KRIKORIAN: But Francisco...
HERNANDEZ: What happened in 2008?
HANNITY: We've got to move on. Thank you both. We'll have more on the Republican candidates' immigration plans. Who's resonating best with voters?
Plus, Democrats take a page out of their worn-out playbook. They're playing the race again. We'll expose this. This time, they're pulling it out to attack Governor Scott Walker.
(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)
REP. GWEN MOORE, D-WIS.: ... at the same time really tightening the noose literally around the -- around African-Americans...
(END AUDIO CLIP)
HANNITY: Pretty despicable. Tightening the noose. We'll check in with Juan Williams and Deneen Borelli. They'll weigh in on those outrageous comments.
Plus, later tonight...
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A little girl is dead. You say black lives matter? Her life mattered.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HANNITY: The Internet video everybody is talking about. You're going to meet that woman. She went on an epic rant against the Black Lives Matters (sic) movement. She is here to explain why she did it, and more straight ahead.
HANNITY: Welcome back to "Hannity." So the road to 2016 is in full swing. Some candidates are surging in the polls. Others are getting left out of the headlines.
Here to explain which candidates are resonating best with you, the voters, when it comes to the most pressing issues of the day, pollster Frank Luntz, Fox News contributor Leslie Marshall, vice president of WPA Research Lisa Boothe is with us.
Good to see you all.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Hi, Sean.
HANNITY: All right, Frank, it's -- Frank, I just read this in The New Jersey Star Ledger. And you said about Donald Trump that you have never seen anything like it in your life.
On the night of the debate, you were really wrong about how he did in that debate in terms of how the people perceive him. Why the big turnaround? Why do you say that this is not like Ross Perot, that this is real, you've never seen numbers like this in all the years you've done this? What did you find out?
FRANK LUNTZ, REPUBLICAN POLLSTER: Sean, it's no different than what you and others had to say in 2012, when you thought that Mitt Romney was going to defeat Barack Obama.
HANNITY: No, I really -- after the third debate, I had my doubts, but that's a different issue. The third debate was a disaster.
LUNTZ: Well, but it's -- part of this is -- look, I'm not a referee, I'm a researcher. And my job is to explain what I'm getting at the time. And the danger in this is, if you speak in favor of Donald Trump, they'll claim you're in the tank for him. If you speak against him and say he didn't do well, they'll claim you're trying to set him up and you're the establishment.
Let me be clear about this. What Trump has done over the last three weeks is that he's taken his media appearances, taken that language of political correctness and used it as a weapon to challenge those who are opposed to him.
And you have 25 up to 30 percent of the Republican vote and some Democrats who are just fed up with the way Washington works, fed up with Wall Street, fed up with the media...
HANNITY: OK, let me ask...
LUNTZ: ... fed up with the elites, and that's why he's doing so well right now.
HANNITY: You said in this New Jersey Star Ledger, the commissioned poll of yours, that he is virtually invulnerable to any attack by any 2016 candidate, and that it's totally conceivable that Trump will become the Republican Party's nominee for president. What changed so dramatically?
LUNTZ: He's been able to monopolize even a conversation like this. There are hundreds of thousand, if not millions, of Trump voters that will watch this interview right now, either in this airing or the one that comes on later, and they will say, Sean, that they're tired of politicians who speak in sound bites. They're tired of all these focus group slogans. They want someone who says what they mean, means what they say.
Now, look, there are weaknesses to Trump, too. Veterans still have concerns over what he said a month ago about John McCain. Women still have something some concern about the language that he uses. But overall, there has been genuine movement towards Trump and it's because of his persona, not his policies that...
HANNITY: You said you...
LUNTZ: ... how he talks.
HANNITY: You said for the first time in dialing that he got 100, a perfect score?
LUNTZ: He reached -- when he was talking about how badly our veterans are treated in America -- and I'm glad you raised that. When he talked about the fact that the VA still hasn't been fixed, our Republican voters thought that was perfection...
LUNTZ: ... because they believe that our veterans should be supported.
HANNITY: All right, let me...
LUNTZ: So that's what's going on right now. And Sean, I want...
HANNITY: You've never seen 100 before. You've never seen 100.
LUNTZ: I've never seen 100...
LUNTZ: In this election cycle, we've not seen 100, Sean.
HANNITY: All right, Lisa...
LUNTZ: I'll get that -- I'll get you those clips so you'll be able to show your viewers.
HANNITY: All right. Lisa...
LISA BOOTHE, WPA RESEARCH: Well, Sean, I think what we're saying right now is that illegal immigration is front and center in the 2016 election. That's obviously clear here.
Lookit, I think voters are angry right now. They're angry about President Obama's executive action on immigration. They're angry about the border surge last summer. And what they're seeing is lawlessness, and they're seeing that from President Obama.
And I believe that's what Donald Trump has so successfully picked up on is this anger in the country and this anger towards the lawlessness. But I also think what Frank picked up on, which is true, is we're seeing this larger anti-establishment movement right now. We're seeing it on the right with Donald Trump, and we're also seeing it on the left...
HANNITY: Hey, Lisa...
BOOTHE: ... with Bernie Sanders.
HANNITY: ... I'm a conservative and I'm disgusted with Republicans! They promised in 2014 they would stop illegal, unconstitutional executive amnesty. They fund it. They still haven't repealed "Obama care." So I'm one of those conservatives.
BOOTHE: And Sean, I think you're right about that, and I think that's what's going on here, as well. Look, I think a lot of the people that are supporting Donald Trump -- it's not just his policies. It's not just a cult of personality.
HANNITY: All right...
BOOTHE: What it is, is it's really -- it's really just, you know, saying, you know, I'm sick and tired of you, Republican Party. I'm sick and tired of you, President Obama...
HANNITY: Because they're weak and they're timid and he's not.
BOOTHE: ... and it's bucking the establishment.
HANNITY: By the way, that -- Ted Cruz is a strong conservative. He's standing up to the establishment. Scott Walker did it in Wisconsin.
Leslie, I have a different question for you. Clearly, Barack Obama gave the wink and the nod to crazy uncle Joe to get into the race, and he's sticking it to the Clintons. I got -- that does not bode well for your coronation. What are you going to do?
LESLIE MARSHALL, RADIO TALK SHOW HOST: Well, first of all, you know, yesterday, there were a lot of people on Wall Street who sold despite the fact that everybody on Wall Street said, Hold on, and look what happened today. And I would say the same thing...
HANNITY: Yes, went down again today.
MARSHALL: ... with those Democrats with regard to Hillary. Republicans want to make the e-mail and the server a Swift Boat, and this is not going to be Hillary's Swift Boat. There are not going to be espionage charges. There are not going to be any charges.
HANNITY: Tell that to...
MARSHALL: And I will bet you...
HANNITY: Tell that to Obama!
MARSHALL: ... on that on national television.
HANNITY: Obama's the one that...
MARSHALL: Look, the president is -- wait a minute, Sean. Sean, the president has had his problems with both former president Clinton and with Hillary Clinton for years.
HANNITY: He's throwing her...
MARSHALL: Joe Biden is his right-hand man.
HANNITY: ... overboard!
MARSHALL: He's his vice president.
HANNITY: He's throwing her overboard!
MARSHALL: Joe Biden has had his eyes on being a president. No, not at all.
HANNITY: He is facilitating the rise of Joe Biden, crazy uncle Joe!
BOOTHE: Leslie, you're wrong about the impact of Hillary Clinton's servers on this race. Just look at the polls, Leslie. If you look at polls, what they're telling us is that it's having a huge impact with American voters. Look, if you look at...
HANNITY: All right...
BOOTHE: There's this -- there's a poll out today in Michigan. Hillary is losing to a Republican candidate there. If you look at other swing states, Hillary Clinton is losing there. And the majority of Americans do not trust her!
HANNITY: They're going to dump Hillary. All right, I got to roll. My prediction is she's not going to survive.
MARSHALL: No, I disagree.
HANNITY: She's not going to survive.
Coming up next -- thank you, all -- tonight on "Hannity"...
(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)
REP. GWEN MOORE, D-WIS.: ... at the same time, really tightening the noose literally around African-Americans...
(END AUDIO CLIP)
HANNITY: Like every other election season, Democrats are at it again, using the race card, this time against Governor Scott Walker. We'll check in with Juan Williams and Deneen Borelli.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: On channel 4, channel 2, channel 5 channel 30, channel 11, St. Louis Post-Dispatch, murder, murder, murder, murder, black- on-black murder.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HANNITY: That woman goes on an epic rant that goes viral. She'll explain. And we'll also check in with Sheriff David Clarke, and much more straight ahead.
HANNITY: All right, welcome back to "Hannity." So last night right here on this program, we detailed the left's love affair with their favorite dirty political tactic, and that is playing the race card. Yesterday, during a conference call with reporters, Democratic Congresswoman Gwen Moore proved our point by providing us with yet another glaring example of the shameless race bating, and this time, the target was 2016 Republican presidential candidate Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin. Listen to this.
(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)
REP. GWEN MOORE, D-WIS.: Scott Walker has continued to use this as a wedge issue for his campaign, literally campaigning around the state saying, You don't want to be like Milwaukee, while at the same time really tightening the noose literally around African-Americans. He cut his teeth on, you know, three strikes and you're out, mandatory minimum sentences, really, you know, trail 'em, nail 'em and jail 'em politics for -- and so we have a really high incarceration rate.
(END AUDIO CLIP)
HANNITY: By the way, every election cycle, we see these same thing and hear the same stuff from the Democrats. For example, let's take a little trip down Memory Lane.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: When you don't vote, you let another church explode. When you don't vote, you allow another cross to burn.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: On June 7th, 1998, in Texas, my father was killed. He was beaten, chained and then dragged three miles to his death all because he was black. So when Governor George W. Bush refused to support hate crimes legislation, it was like my father was killed all over again.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: They are in favor of affirmative action if you can dunk the basketball or sink a three-point shot! But they're not in favor of it if you merely have the potential to be a leader in your community! Don't tell me we've got a color-blind society!
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: They're going to put you all back in chains.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HANNITY: Here with reaction, Fox News political analyst Juan Williams, Fox News contributor Deneen Borelli.
Let's go through this. Elect a Republican, you don't vote, another church will explode, a cross is going to burn, Republicans, it's like killing my father all over again. George Bush supported the death penalty in the James Byrd case.
All right, Al Gore goes before a predominantly black audience -- they don't even want to count you in the census, with his affected voice. And it goes on. They're going to put you back in chains.
This is the lowest form of politics, and it always comes from your party, Juan, every election cycle!
JUAN WILLIAMS, FOX NEWS POLITICAL ANALYST: I see. And Republicans never play the race card. Republicans never appeal to racial resentment and animosity...
WILLIAMS: ... among working class whites in this country.
WILLIAMS: ... saying about Scott Walker. Scott Walker's candidacy is having its own problems. I'm surprised she's even paying attention. But there's that he identifies Milwaukee and its largely black population as a problem for the state of Wisconsin.
HANNITY: Wait a minute! Stop for a second! He's the same guy that put school vouchers in Milwaukee to help the black community because they were trapped in failing public schools! Does that sound like somebody that's racist?
WILLIAMS: Listen, I'm in favor of school vouchers, as you well know. So no...
HANNITY: So he did that for black families in Milwaukee!
WILLIAMS: What she was talking about -- and by the way, you know, if you're just talking about playing the race card, I can't argue with you on that. She's definitely playing that.
HANNITY: So Democrats play the race card.
WILLIAMS: And Republicans play the race card...
HANNITY: All right, I'm naming names. Biden, I'm naming Gore. I'm naming names. Who are you naming?
WILLIAMS: Well, I would say that (INAUDIBLE) right away I said Scott Walker, I think, in terms of...
HANNITY: Oh, stop it!
WILLIAMS: ... identifying -- oh, yes. Who is -- who is the "entitlement society"? Remember that from Republicans, from Newt Gingrich?
HANNITY: Sheriff Clarke is a huge Scott Walker supporter!
DENEEN BORELLI, FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR: And this Moore woman despises Sheriff Clarke, by the way. If you look at her Web site, there's a scathing commentary about him.
Listen, the progressives are desperate. We have a presidential election is coming up. And what they're doing is going to play the race card just to gin up emotions and try to get the black voter turnout. This is what we're witnessing.
HANNITY: Are black Americans better off since Obama's been president?
BORELLI: And neither is the rest of the country.
HANNITY: Disproportionately, they have a higher unemployment...
HANNITY: ... rate.
HANNITY: Fifty percent of black teenagers can't get jobs...
BORELLI: Obama does not support school choice.
HANNITY: ... median income is done by thousands of dollars...
WILLIAMS: Excuse me. Excuse me.
HANNITY: ... more black Americans are in poverty and on food stamps...
WILLIAMS: Allow me...
HANNITY: ... since he became president!
WILLIAMS: Allow me to interrupt just a moment.
HANNITY: Wasn't it the case that black people had a higher unemployment rate prior to Obama?
HANNITY: ... the chronically unemployed?
WILLIAMS: No, I'm just saying...
HANNITY: You're going with phony government numbers?
WILLIAMS: You're going with phony numbers to make it out, like, Oh, black people were just doing great, and then Obama showed up and everything...
HANNITY: Excuse me! Juan...
HANNITY: Millions of more Americans under Obama are in poverty and on food stamps.
WILLIAMS: Yes, because of the recession...
HANNITY: Millions of more...
WILLIAMS: ... recession brought on by a Republican administration.
WILLIAMS: ... we are still trying to get out of it! And by the way...
HANNITY: Eight years later!
WILLIAMS: Wait a minute! Who's questioning Obama's birthright...
BORELLI: Oh, come on!
BORELLI: ... what this woman in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, said. I don't know how you got down that path. We're talking about progressives playing the race card. And you know what? It's very dangerous. Look at the individuals (ph) uprising (ph). It's happening in these urban communities. People are frustrated and angry...
HANNITY: And the murder rate in Baltimore...
BORELLI: ... because of the failing schools -- yes...
HANNITY: All right, let me go to NBC...
BORELLI: ... and no job opportunities.
HANNITY: This is Chris Matthews and his colleague over at NBC playing the race card. Say, well, how many black people are in the crowd at Donald Trump's event in Alabama? Watch this.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
CHRIS MATTHEWS, MSNBC: Are there any black people there?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I have not seen any today that have come out for Donald Trump. I actually spoke with a lot of people at lunch today, and they were all (INAUDIBLE) Caucasian White House people.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It's mostly white male Republicans, and it's basically white Americans who feel left out of Obama's America. It's a very ethnically polarizing appeal. And it really can only appeal to that white guy. It isn't going to appeal to African-Americans and Latinos because when he's saying to that white guy, you're getting yours, he means getting yours and getting it and taking it away from or pushing away all of the rest of us.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HANNITY: If that's your criteria, Juan Williams, I want you to look into the monitor right now, OK? I'm going to show you a rally. It's a Bernie Sanders rally. Can you point out any black people in this rally? I'm looking. I don't see anybody.
JUAN WILLIAMS, SENIOR EDITOR, THE HILL: -- Bernie Sanders rally.
HANNITY: I don't see any black people.
WILLIAMS: He spoke at a Hispanic event. But generally, you are right. It's a very small percentage of blacks who know Bernie Sanders. He's from Vermont. And in Vermont I don't think it has 10 percent.
HANNITY: But hang on a second, no, no, no. If that's NBC's criteria for Trump then it ought to be the same criteria for the Democrats that they so worship.
WILLIAMS: Excuse me. If are you if Mobile, Alabama, you can get some black people in Alabama.
HANNITY: There were black people in crowds.
WILLIAMS: I don't think there were quite the large numbers, Sean.
DENEEN BORELLI, FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR: Listen, we're going to see the race card played even more, Sean. And again, I tell you, it's very dangerous. You're whipping up emotions. People are angry and frustrated as it is, to have these individuals who are supposed to be responsible, law abiding lawmakers is really outrageous.
WILLIAMS: Let me say before we end.
HANNITY: We're ending.
WILLIAMS: I want to say something to the two of you, which is, you guys are on to something very real on black on black crime in this society.
BORELLI: Well, it's true.
HANNITY: Wait until you see our next guest. Wait until you meet the woman.
HANNITY: High school dropout rate in terms of people not protesting drug abuse and crack hazards in the black community.
HANNITY: I love those kids. Juan, I want them to thrive in America.
WILLIAMS: This is what I think. I think incredibly, Sean Hannity, you really are on the progressive side of this issue, because you guys talk about this.
HANNITY: Why are you insulting me?
WILLIAMS: I know I insulted you.
HANNITY: You called me a progressive. He just insulted me.
WILLIAMS: Once you politicize it and say it's just the Democrats who play the race card --
BORELLI: They're playing it in a mean, hateful way.
WILLIAMS: The Republicans don't.
HANNITY: If show me an example this election cycle, I'll look at it.
Coming up next, new undercover video exposing Planned Parenthood just released, that's later. But first, you do not want to miss our new guest.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
PEGGY HUBBARD, CRITIC OF BLACK LIVES MATTER MOVEMENT: You think the police are out here for fun? You're think they're out here for games? They're not going to tuck you in. They're not going to give you a cookie and sing you a lullaby and tuck you in.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HANNITY: As Juan was just talking about, you'll meet the woman that has taken the internet by storm with her rant about the Black Lives Matter movement. She along with Sheriff David Clarke coming up next.
HANNITY: Welcome back to "Hannity." Now, following the tragic death of a nine-year-old girl during a drive-by shooting in Ferguson, Missouri, a woman who grew up in St. Louis became so frustrated with the violence in the black community she posted this critique to her Facebook page that has now gone viral. Take a look.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
HUBBARD: A little girl is dead. You say Black Lives Matter. Her life matters. Police brutality, how about black brutality? There is real police brutality out there, I will give you that. But night after night after night on Channel 4, Channel 2, Channel 5, Channel 30, Channel 11, same old post-dispatch -- murder, murder, murder, murder, black-on-black murder.
You think the police are out here for fun? You think they're out here for games? They're not going to tuck you in. They're not going to give you a cookie and sing you a lullaby and tuck you in.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HANNITY: Millions of views, that clip has gone viral, and it's message is resonating all across America. Joining us now, the woman behind that video, Peggy Hubbard. Peggy, I wanted to reach out when I heard that and give you a big hug and say thank you, because we are seeing in every big city in America, we are seeing young people that have talent and ability, whose lives are being snuffed out. We don't know their names. We don't hear about their names.
And it seems that we're a society obsessed with Trayvon Martin, that case, Michael Brown, that case, Freddie Gray, that case. But nobody wants to talk about the thousands of lives that are being lost in black-on-black crime. Why do you think there is an unwillingness to deal with this?
HUBBARD: My take on it, Sean, is to act knowledge this is happening, they have to face their own reality. And they don't want to do it. On my way to the station for this interview, I just found out that a toddler was shot and killed in north St. Louis County, the same area we just lost Jamila Bolton.
HANNITY: This is a nine-year-old child who was studying in her house.
HANNITY: Doing her homework. You know, Peggy, one day on this program, when all of the Trayvon Martin stuff was going on and the president weighed in on it. I actually scrolled the names on the bottom of the screen of people we never heard of that were killed in Chicago, dozens and dozens and dozens. Why do these groups focus on the few instances -- and there are examples of police that do the wrong thing. And when that happens, they should go to jail. But why not the many? Where is the protests for the young girl, like this nine-year-old girl? You never see that.
HUBBARD: No, you don't. That's the problem. You know, we want to glorify the criminals, the bad guys. We want to glorify them and give credence to their life.
HANNITY: I was glad --
HUBBARD: What contributions did they make?
HANNITY: I was glad in the video that he did use some very spirited language we had to edit out for television.
HANNITY: But you know what, it was effective. And I believe that we are all created by the same God, and we're not dealing with a problem, and when anyone brings it up, if you happen to be, oh, you are racist for even talking about it. No. It's because I care about people's lives. What is the reaction you are getting to this viral video now?
HUBBARD: I have been called Uncle Tom, Aunt Jemima, the white man's bed wench, the white man's -- pardon my French, but that's what I have been called. You know, and it's not a black issue. This is not a white issue.
HANNITY: It's a human issue.
HUBBARD: It's a human issue. It's an accountability issue. It's a responsibility issue. That's what it is. They made this about race. This was never about race. This was about right and wrong.
HANNITY: Well said. Peggy, stay right there. I want to bring in Milwaukee County Sheriff, our friend David Clarke is back on the program. Sheriff, I think Peggy is extremely courageous. I know you are courageous in what you do. If we love these kids, we want to save these live, don't we first have to identify that there is a problem that nobody seems to want to talk about?
SHERIFF DAVID CLARKE, MILWAUKEE COUNTY: Without a doubt, Sean. First of all, Peggy, I am proud of you. I got your back on this one. If things get too out of hand down there too hot for you in the St. Louis area, you give me a call, I'll get you some help down there. But very effective messaging. Peggy admits the reality of this whole thing. I have been saying it all along myself. It's the elephant in the room, Sean, as you know, especially the liberal mainstream media does not want to acknowledge because it doesn't fit their false narrative about what's going on in the American ghetto.
And 75 percent of the problems in the black community are self- inflicted, things like father absent homes, things like drug and alcohol abuse, school failure, failure to stay in the workforce. The other 25 percent are inflicted by the Democratic Party with their modern liberalism, which is conduct without borders. OK, they reward underachievement. They make excuses for criminal behavior, like black-on-black crime. And they blame everybody else for the problems that go on within our community.
It's a message that our community needs to hear more of. The overwhelming majority of people that live in the American ghetto are good, law-abiding people. But their voice is silenced. We have to hear from the blowhards. And they're a one trick pony. All they can say is racism.
HANNITY: You had an interesting message about if your own son or your child, Peggy, acted in a way and got caught doing something wrong and went to jail, what would you do? You had an interesting message there.
HUBBARD: There is no secret. You put that on, on Facebook. Our child decided that he was not going to follow the law. He decided he was going to go out, break the law, hurt people. And what does this say about me as a parent and what does this say about my husband as a parent that we would condone or allow our child to continue to break the law? And we had to do the hardest thing that we had to do, and that was to turn him over to the police.
That is the reality of it. And if we get enough people, enough parents to say, hey, you know, you have to be accountable for your actions -- I had a young man on Facebook after the other show that I did that said it was despicable and deplorable and he called me some very nasty names, how dare you as a mother turn in your own child.
HANNITY: You did it out of love.
HUBBARD: And this comes out of our black neighborhoods. This is the mentality of our young black people. You know, this mindset is just gone.
HANNITY: Well, I admire you for doing it. I hope people listen. I think it was very -- I kind of like the salty language, though, be it makes the point. It cuts through a little bit more. And I like the cutting through part and I can handle that. Sheriff, God bless you.
CLARKE: I wouldn't change a thing.
HUBBARD: I wouldn't change a thing, either. I just wish I could air it.
CLARKE: Stay strong, Peggy.
HANNITY: Stay strong is right.
HUBBARD: Thank you, Sheriff, thank you.
HANNITY: If you have Sheriff Clarke on your team, you are rock solid. Trust me.
HUBBARD: And thank you.
HANNITY: I'll back that team any time. Thank you both.
When we come back, damming new video that exposes Planned Parenthood has just been released. The tapes keep getting worse and worse. We're going to show you the latest undercover clip that the media ignores. That's next.
HANNITY: Welcome back to "Hannity." A new, disturbing undercover video exposing Planned Parenthood once again has now been released by the Center for Medical Progress. Last night we showed you the clip of a woman identified as the CEO of the company called Stem Express openly joking about how they buy fully intact fetuses from Planned Parenthood. As with all of these videos, we must warn you, our viewers, what you're about to see contains very graphic information. So if you have kids in the room, you may want to change the channel now. Watch this.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh, yes. If you have intact cases, which we've done a lot, you ship those back to our lab in its entirety, tell the lab it's coming. You don't open the box.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HANNITY: Today, the Center for Medical Progress has released the full video showing the same CEO discussing purchasing aborted fetuses, and would, quote, "make her lab," quote, "happy." Watch this.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What would keep your lab happy? What would make your lab happy?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Another 50 livers a week.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What would keep your lab happy?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Another 50 livers a week.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HANNITY: Wow, joining us now from the Center for Medical Progress David Daleiden. What does she say in that last statement?
DAVID DALEIDEN, THE CENTER FOR MEDICAL PROGRESS: Sean, in that last statement, Cate Dyer, the CEO of Stem Express, says that what would make her laboratory happy is to get another 50 livers a week from the multiple abortion clinics that they work with across the country.
HANNITY: Fifty livers a week?
DALEIDEN: Another 50 livers from late-term babies. Yes.
HANNITY: And they sell them and they make a profit off the livers and the lungs and the hearts and fully intact fetuses and negotiate prices to buy Lamborghinis. That's what we keep learning here.
DALEIDEN: Exactly, exactly. And Stem Express is truly Planned Parenthood's weakest link in their baby parts chain. Stem Express is the piece of evidence that completes the puzzle and shows exactly how deep the criminal rabbit trail goes with Planned Parenthood selling baby parts. Stem Express is a multi-million dollar company. They have been partnered with multiple Planned Parenthood affiliates across the country for five years now to buy baby parts from them and then turn around and sell them to research laboratories. The medical director of Stem Express for the past five years has been a Planned Parenthood abortion doctor, Dr. Ronald Berman, from one of the biggest Planned Parenthood affiliates in northern California.
HANNITY: All right, explain the illegal activity involved here, because we've gone over it in the past. It's illegal to sell body parts. It's illegal to alter the procedure to preserve body parts. Now they're talking about, the last time I had you on they're talking about a born alive infant with a heart beating that was intact, and to take the brain out, they cut through the face of the fetus with a perfectly-formed nose, lips, eyes, and ears. How much more grotesque can this get?
DALEIDEN: Exactly. There's a whole constellation of state and federal laws and regulations that are routinely violated in the practice of harvesting and selling aborted baby parts, and Stem Express in their business model and their practices confirms all of that.
Planned Parenthood, for their part, isn't even responding to this anymore. They're trying not to address any of it because they can't argue anymore that they're not doing partial-birth abortions in order to get higher-quality baby parts.
HANNITY: Where is the U.S. attorney general? There were crimes committed. So we're watching that.
DALEIDEN: Exactly. Exactly.
HANNITY: All right, David, thank you.
Coming up, we need your help. Our "Question of the Day" is straight ahead.
HANNITY: Welcome back to "Hannity." It's time for the "Question of the Day." So do you think crazy uncle Joe, Vice President Joe Biden, will be a tougher opponent to the eventual GOP nominee than Hillary Clinton? I think they're one and the same myself. Facebook.com/SeanHannity, @SeanHannity on Twitter, let us know what you think.
