REPORT: SCHOOLS BRACING FOR UP TO 50,000 ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT MINORS THIS FALL

CHARLES PAYNE: I think it's wrong, the idea that we're obligated to educated children that are brought here illegally. Stop giving our welfare and free education and this could be a moot point. We care for people and love people, but this is another instance of Americans care and loving turned upside down.

DAGEN MCDOWELL: The cost of educating these particular people is a great deal higher than other illegal immigrants in this country. If they are here, I don't have a problem educating them but you have to stop them from coming across the boarders- particularly in these numbers. Where is the money coming from to educate them?

ADAM LASHINSKY: There are laws that say they have to go back. To be fair to the Dept. of Education that's not their problem here. We can do and we should do more.

BEN STEIN: I don't think it is the law, I think they made it up. I don't think there is anything in the constitution or any law saying we have to educate every child in America. Of course they want votes from the Hispanic community. It is dangerous to let people in illegally no matter what, to make up this legal obligation and we are not a wealthy country anymore. I think we should do it, but I don't think we should be doing it on the basis of a phony law that doesn't exist.

HOLLYWOOD STARS CUTTING BIG CHECKS TO DEMOCRATS AHEAD OF MIDTERM ELECTIONS

BEN STEIN: I think Hollywood likes to show how rich it is and if they can buy the election or help the Dem's win and feel important good for them.

DAGEN MCDOWELL: The one candidate who is getting the most from Hollywood is Alison Grimes from KY, I want my candidate focused on my state not hanging out with Hollywood celebrities.

BEN STEIN: I think Hollywood affected the outcome of an election once- in a really gigantic way- making Ford look like a buffoon against Carter.

CHARLES PAYNE: I agree with Ben, there is never any outrage when this goes on. I think it's a red flag, Hollywood feels pressure they want things their way unlike they used to.

ADAM LASHINSKY: The Koch brothers spend the same way. Celebrities should use their wealth to stand up for what they believe in.

NEW PUSH BY GLOBAL WARMING GROUPS TO HIKE AIRFARES FUELING DEBATE

BEN STEIN: Airline prices have gotten so insanely high, I'm not bothered by raising taxes on airline travel. Too many people are at the airport anyway it's a nightmare.

DAGEN MCDOWELL: If you extrapolate this idea- then why not look at China the biggest emission emitter, and tell them who can drive a car- only rich people can drive a car. It's the same logic we want to make air travel so expensive that only the rich can do it.

ADAM LASHINSKY: Airplane travel has become ridiculously inexpensive- look at how crowded airports are everyone flies and everyone flies everywhere, everyone can afford to fly. Dagen and I have been advocating a gas tax, because that will help bring down pollution and fund infrastructure.

CHARLES PAYNE: It's not doable, it's exploiting poor people, its dumb and ridiculous.
