I'm not sure of Iran's nuclear intentions, but I am sure of this: They sure don't need the stuff for energy.

Iran is sitting on the world's third largest supply of oil. In fact, the country has so much of oil that it routinely cheats on production quotas just to keep pushing out what keeps gushing out.

Bottom line: Iran has so much oil that they frankly don't know what to do with it!

Yet the country's ministers can say with a straight face that they need an alternative energy source. Yeah, they might in a couple of centuries from now!

Sometimes people need to step back and hear things clearly. When one of the world's most oil-rich nations tells the world it fears for its energy future, well, it's either onto something or just on something. Or maybe, they are just up to something.

All I'm saying is that if you're going to make up something, make it at least sound credible. Because right about now, let's just say I find the Iranians a tad more incredible.
