Women today may seem as confident as ever in the workplace, but according to a study of 3,000 women from the U.K., how they feel about themselves in the bedroom is a whole different story.

A survey done by Cosmopolitan Magazine revealed that 3 out of 4 women let their worries of looking fat put a damper on their sex lives, The Daily Mail reported Thursday.

Among the women who doubt their looks, 73 percent thought they do not have a figure that is feminine or curvaceous enough, while others claimed they were self conscious about being heavy or having stretch marks.
