A new high-tech bandage releases infection-fighting medicine and dissolves as the wound heals, London's Daily Mail reported.
Researchers at Tel Aviv University in Israel made the new bandage to help burn patients who suffer from infections.
The bandage's fibers has contains a large amount of antibiotics and the medicine seeps into the wound. Once the wound closes, the bandage dissolves, so there's no need to constantly change the bandage.
Studies show the bandage rids the wound of harmful bacteria within days.
