Brawl Breaks Out on College Campus in Florida, Dozens Evacuated

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Two people were treated by paramedics after a brawl broke out on the campus of Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach.

Daytona Beach Police spokesman Jimmie Flynt says dozens of students were evacuated Tuesday from a dormitory on the campus after a sprinkler was set off.

Liz Poston, a spokeswoman for the university, didn't immediately return a phone call.

The disturbance started when students tried to return to the dorm but were prevented because of safety concerns.
