HUGUENOT, N.Y. – Police say three children have been killed in an upstate New York house fire.
State Police Capt. Wayne Olson says two other people escaped from the home in the Orange County community of Huguenot. The victims' names and ages have not been released.
The fire was reported in a 911 call just before 8 a.m. Monday.
Olson says no other information is immediately available. Local fire chiefs are still on the scene and not available.
Huguenot is near the New Jersey line about 60 miles northwest of New York City.
