WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Four monkeys and a parrot are missing from the Palm Beach Zoo.
Spokesman Brian Crowley says someone used bolt cutters to get through a fence at a side gate and remove three Goeldi's monkeys, a squirrel monkey and a green cheek Amazon parrot.
The discovery was made Thursday morning.
Crowley is urging anyone with information to contact the police.
He says whoever did this is putting the animals and themselves at risk and hopes the animals survive the theft.
