Authorities say a 47-year-old Gulf coast man attacked his twin brother with a machete.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office says Vincent James Baker struck his brother with a machete after telling him to stay out of his room at their home in Holiday, about 35 miles north of St. Petersburg.

The sibling was bleeding profusely when deputies arrived. His condition was not immediately known.

Baker was arrested Monday and charged with aggravated domestic battery.

He is being held at the Land O' Lakes Jail without bail.

It was not immediately known if he had an attorney.
