Florida Police: Woman Left 2 Infants Alone to Urinate in Public

GULFPORT, Fla. – Authorities say a woman left two infants alone by the street while she went off to urinate in public.

Officers reported seeing 43-year-old Shawn Suzanne Lutz leave the children in a stroller by a Gulfport street Thursday night while she walked 30 feet away to urinate.

Police say she also shook one of the children and hit it with an inflatable float.

Lutz was charged with two counts of child neglect, disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer without violence. She was being held on $2,250
