Harrison Ford Tops Forbes' List of Hollywood's Highest Paid Actors

Forbes magazine has released its annual list of Hollywood’s top-earning actors and veteran star Harrison Ford tops this year’s list.

After years of keeping out of the spotlight (making only four films since 2000), Ford came out of his state of near-retirement to make a new installment of the “Indiana Jones” films, and for good reason.

According to Forbes, Paramount offered Ford a lucrative deal that split nearly all of the film’s earnings between him, Steven Spielberg and George Lucas.

As a result, the 66-year-old actor earned $65 million between June 2008 and June 2009, sending him to the top of the list.

Some of the other actors included in the top ten are Adam Sandler, Will Smith, Eddie Murphy, Nicolas Cage and Johnny Depp.
