Doctors in China found hundreds of needles in the body of a man who went to a hospital complaining of "shooting pains," metro.co.uk reported.
After performing X-rays on Liu Lijian, 46, doctors found needles in every part of his body except for his head.

In his stomach alone, he had 38 needles under his skin. Liu told doctors he remembered playing with needles as a child, but couldn't remember inserting them under his skin.
Doctors said it's surprising Liu didn't have any infections given the time period some of the needles were in his body.
