Kendra Wilkinson's Pre-Wedding Workouts: Biking, Hiking and Sex

Kendra Wilkinson is getting in shape for her wedding next month by a sticking to her favorite fitness routines – hiking, biking and sex.

“I’m not really doing anything different,” the reality star, 23, told People magazine. “We love to hike and go on bike rides.”

But her other activity in the bedroom also keeps her in great shape and her fiancé, NFL player Hank Baskett isn’t too shy about admitting it. “A lof of that,” the Eagles player, 26, said.

The couple took a break from planning to party in Las Vegas Friday, where the “Girls Next Door” and “Kendra” star hosted the Wet Republic pool party at MGM Grand.

Meanwhile, the star says she is ready for the wedding to be done to move on to the honeymoon.
