Nicolas Cage and Candy Spelling have something big in common.

They're both trying to unload big houses.

Really, really big houses.

Cage is selling a 28-room Bavarian castle he bought just three years ago for a reported $2.3 million, which seems like a bargain considering it's a 28-room, 18th century castle nestled in almost 400 acres of forest, that looks like it's straight out of a Brothers' Grimm fairy tale.

Cage told the German magazine Bunte he is selling "due to the difficult economic situation."

Wait - doesn't Cage make $10 million per film? How "difficult" must things be for the actor if he's selling off a mere $2.3 million home?

FOXnews.com's Pop Tarts column is also reporting that Cage's private jet has been grounded due to unpaid upkeep bills.

Meanwhile, Candy Spelling, TV producer Aaron Spelling's widow, is selling the house that "Melrose Place" and "Beverly Hills 90210" and "Dynasty" and "The Love Boat" and "Charlie's Angels" and "Starsy and Hutch" and "Hart to Hart" built.

Her asking price? A cool $150 million.

Maybe she could throw in Cage's castle as a buyer's incentive.

You know, like the super-rich version getting a washer and dryer included.
