United Airlines has settled a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by a former pilot who said she found pornography in airplane cockpits.

Details of the settlement with former Captain Lisa Stout have been sealed. The Seattle Times reports today that the two-year-old case was settled this month, weeks before it was set to go to trial in U.S. District Court in Seattle.

Stout grounded herself and eventually left United after saying she found porn hidden in the flight deck on United's domestic flights.

Before the settlement, Judge John C. Coughenour rejected United's arguments to have the case dismissed. The judge also ruled that Stout could seek punitive damages if the case went to trial.
