Two sisters who disappeared after going to a playground have been found safe, but charges could be coming for one of them.

Taliya Hamilton, 14, and Brianna Boyd, 3, were last seen in the playground about two blocks from their house around 8 p.m. Sunday night, MyFOXPhilly.com reported.

Police found the girls at 5:45 p.m. on Monday at a Philadelphia home. Both children are in good condition.

While original reports indicate the girls were at a friend's house, Taliya may have been at her boyfriend's house and both teens could face charges, sources told the station.

An Amber Alert was not issued because police didn't have a reason to believe the girls were in danger.

Michelle Hamilton, the girls' mother, said she didn't think a stranger abducted her children, noting that her older daughter recently became rebellious and had been running off for a day or two at a time.

"Taliya's just been walking off lately," Hamilton told MyFOXPhilly.com. "I'm not even sure what's going through her mind right now. I don't know what possessed her to take Brianna with her."
