HAMBURG TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A 32-year-old man drowned in a Livingston County lake after his all-terrain vehicle broke through the ice.
The accident happened early Sunday on Ore Lake in Hamburg Township, MyFOXDetroit.com reported, about 35 miles west of Detroit.
Authorities said Joseph Kratz was in the water for over an hour before The Livingston County Dive Team pulled him from the water. Kratz was rushed to the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, where he died.
