The Get Irresistible Abs Workout Video:

Plank:

• For beginners hold for 10 to 15 seconds—3 times per week.

• For advanced hold for up to 60 seconds—3 times per week.

Plank with Leg Lifts:

• For beginners do 2 to 4 reps on each leg—3 times per week.

• For advanced do 6 to 12 reps on each leg—3 times per week.

Side Plank:

• For beginners hold for 10 to 15 seconds—3 times per week.

• For advanced hold up to 30 seconds—3 timers per week.

Side Plank with Leg Lifts:

• Do 5 to 10 reps—3 times per week.

Side Plank with Arm Extension:

• Do 5 to 10 reps—3 times per week.
