URGENT: India Foreign Minster Says 'Elements in Pakistan' Behind Deadly Mumbai Attacks

MUMBAI, India — India's foreign minister says "elements in Pakistan" were behind the chain of deadly Mumbai attacks.

"According to preliminary information, some elements in Pakistan are responsible for Mumbai terror attacks," External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee tells reporters in the western city of Jodhpur. "Proof cannot be disclosed at this time."

More than 119 people were killed and hundreds more injured when suspected Islamic militants attacked 10 sites in Mumbai.
