A school bus driver was suspended for 20 days without pay after telling students she'd stop on railroad tracks and leave them there if they didn't shape up.

Students complained about 39-year-old Genorris Davis-Summers a month ago. A Volusia County Schools investigative summary released Monday said she threatened students who were "talkative" and "making noises."

She allegedly told the middle school riders she would get off the bus if a train was coming, but leave them there.

Davis-Summers denied threatening the students, though the event was captured on video.

The driver said she didn't stop on the tracks, and the kids who alleged she did should be punished.
