The trial of a man accused of videotaping himself sexually assaulting a toddler has been postponed after new videos surfaced that allegedly show him having sex with an adult woman.

Chester Arthur Stiles had been scheduled to go to trial Tuesday, but the judge postponed the proceedings Monday because defense lawyers asked for time to review the new evidence. A hearing to set a new trial date was scheduled for Nov. 19.

Stiles, 38, is accused of sexually assaulting two girls, ages 2 and 6 at the time, in 2003. He has pleaded not guilty to 22 felony charges.

Stiles was arrested in Henderson after a nationwide manhunt spurred by the discovery of a videotape that prosecutors say shows him sexually assaulting the younger girl.

The tape was found in the desert at Pahrump, a Nye county town 60 miles west of Las Vegas. The girl was later identified and was found safe with her mother.

Several weeks ago, authorities discovered a video believed to be a copy of that tape, according to court documents.

Authorities also found a video showing Stiles having sex with his son's mother, court records state. The woman in the tape told FBI agents she wasn't aware that anyone had videotaped her and Stiles, according to court records.

Authorities found the videos following Stiles' arrest in October 2007 in a storage shed Stiles used. Investigators reviewed the videos last month and discovered the new footage.

Stiles remains held without bail at the Clark County jail.
