A man accused of murder in London has been captured in Michigan where he was working at a Taco Bell.

Federal marshals arrested Raymond Walworth Wilson last week at an apartment in Waterford, 25 miles north of Detroit.

Deputy marshal Kevin Pettit says Wilson had a Michigan driver's license under the name David Cornelius Christian.

His identity as Wilson was confirmed through fingerprints, but defense attorney Marc Long says authorities have the wrong man.

Court documents say Wilson was in a British prison for gun and drug crimes when he failed to return after a community visit in April 2006.

British authorities have accused the 38-year-old man of murder in London in 2002. The victim was shot, doused with gasoline and set on fire.
