A Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, man faces another charge after he wrote a letter from jail urging another man to kill a police informant and undercover sheriff's deputy.

Thirty-nine-year-old Raymond E. Krugel was arrested in July and charged in Ozaukee County with one count of cocaine possession and two counts of selling marijuana to the informant and deputy.

A criminal complaint filed Thursday in Ozaukee County Circuit Court says Krugel wrote a letter from jail telling an 18-year-old man "to please find these people and take care of them as you see fit. You know what I would do I hope."

Krugel gets more specific later in the letter, writing that he wants "the people I named dead or at least to hurt the rest of their lives."

He was charged with one count of felony intimidation of a witness after an Ozaukee County deputy who monitors inmates' outgoing mail read the letter.
