SPOKANE, Wash. – A security guard who used high-tech surveillance equipment in a Spokane federal building to watch women undress has pleaded guilty to felony voyeurism.
33-year-old Darin Earl Wanless reached a deal with Spokane County prosecutors to plead guilty to one count of voyeurism for separate incidents last year where he used rooftop camera equipment to ogle a naked woman in a nearby condominium and another woman at the Davenport Hotel.
He was initially charged with four counts of voyeurism.
