A pizza shop clerk will not face charges, even though her parents and husband allegedly were caught robbing the Texas establishment while she was on duty, MyFOXDFW.com reported.

Denton police said Tuesday that Stephanie Martinez didn't know her three relatives were going to rob the Pizza Patron on Friday night, and she realized one robber was her father only when another clerk struck him, knocking off his wig and sunglasses, the station reported.

Martinez's husband told police that she didn't know about the robbery and that he didn't know the trio was going to rob a pizza place — he thought it was going to be a convenience store, the station reported.

The husband, Jose Miguel Martinez, 26, is free on $50,000 bail after being charged with aggravated robbery, the station reported. Parents Benjamin Ramirez, 41, and Sonia Palacios, 38, are both charged with aggravated robbery, and bail was set at $50,000 each. However, they also are being held without bail on immigration violations, the station reported.
