Austrian authorities say their investigation of the man who allegedly held his daughter prisoner for 24 years has turned up no evidence of an accomplice.
Prosecutor Gerhard Sedlacek says 73-year-old Josef Fritzl apparently acted alone. Fritzl is accused of holding his daughter hostage in the cellar of the family home and fathering her seven children.

Sedlacek said Monday that forensics experts are still examining the windowless underground rooms where he allegedly kept her and several of their children captive until April.
