A New York coed is demanding $10,000 after actress Lindsay Lohan was photographed allegedly wearing the student's mink coat, which disappeared in January after a night of clubbing.

Masha Markova, 22, tells the New York Post her $11,000 blond mink coat disappeared on Jan. 26 at 1Oak in the Meatpacking District in New York. The Columbia University student thought the gift from her grandmother was lost forever until she saw Lohan wearing it in a photograph in OK! Magazine, the paper said.

Markova had attended a private party at the club and recalls sitting next to Lohan at the event, the Post said.

The student's lawyer contacted Lohan's attorney and the coat was returned in February by 1Oak with no admission of wrongdoing from the Lohan camp, the paper said.

But Markova still wants at least $10,000 from the actress for the unauthorized, three-week rental, the Post said.
