A student in a Florida first-grade classroom on Friday reportedly was strapped to a chair with her mouth taped shut, MyFOXTampaBay.com reported.
Two employees at Seven Oaks Elementary School were taken out of the room after the allegations, the story reported. It isn't clear whether the workers were teachers.
"It’s something we do not do at home," an unnamed parent told MyFOXTampaBay.com. "It’s not something that should be done at school."
Police were conducting interviews on the school’s campus, and social workers and psychologists were made available to students, Assistant Pasco County School superintendent Renalia DuBose said.
An investigation was continuing.
