GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip – Palestinian medics say two Hamas militants have been killed and six wounded in two separate Israeli air strikes.
The Israeli missiles struck early Sunday east of Gaza City and in northern Gaza.
The strikes came a day after Hamas carried out twin suicide bombings at an Israeli crossing on the Gaza border. Hamas militants detonated two jeeps loaded with hundreds of kilograms of explosives in that attack.
Also Sunday, a 17-year-old boy died from wounds sustained in fighting earlier in the week.
