FEMA Headquarters Evacuated After Fire

WASHINGTON – The Federal Emergency Management Agency's headquarters has been evacuated for a fire.

D.C. fire department spokesman Alan Etter says the blaze began about 7:30 a.m. at the building in southwest Washington. He says the fire was contained to a room on the first floor.

Etter says there are no reports of injuries. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
