"The Punisher" star Thomas Jane was arrested Monday morning and charged with DUI and driving with a blood alcohol level above .08 percent,TMZ.com reported.
Jane — who is married to actress Patricia Arquette — was nabbed by California Highway Patrol officers, who stopped him in a late-model Maserati for driving at "an extremely high rate of speed" on I-5 in Kern County, Calif., just before 3 a.m., the Web site said.
He failed to pass a series of sobriety tests, including the breathalyzer, and California Highway Patrol officers told TMZ he was driving with a suspended license.

Jane showed cooperation when being taken to jail and has been released. His arraignment is set for April 9, TMZ reported.
