Madonna was not picked for a jury on Monday and was officially dismissed from jury duty, TMZ reported.
The star reported for jury duty Monday at the Beverly Hills Courthouse, sporting a "dark brown velour Juicy Couture sweatsuit, sunglasses, tennis shoes and an oh-so-glam Juror badge," TMZ reported.
The singer was spotted drinking Starbucks and texting.
